PokéStrategy is experimental software provided as-is, without warranty. Strategy tokens are permissionless, unaudited and may lose all value. Strategy treasuries are programmatic wallets that only buy cards; there is no redemption right, no promise of profit and no custody of your funds by PokéStrategy. Cards purchased by a strategy are held by the strategy's wallet and physically vaulted by the originating marketplace under that marketplace's terms. Use at your own risk and only where lawful.
